As always, the Summer Challenge is a way to pair books with summer fun, and this year will be all about have some summer camp style fun and sharing ideas for creative art play inspired by some of our favorite picture book illustrations. Summer Challenge Week One: ICE CREAM!

We are kicking off the Summer Challenge with an ice cream party. Your challenge? To read and discuss books about ice cream or other frozen treats, then have some festive frozen fun! 

Remember to share about your experience on Instagram and Twitter using the hashtag #RDDSummerChallenge. We'd love to know what books you're reading and the fun you're sharing together.
